Alcohol and age policy

Maison AR.Spirits sells alcoholic beverages. Access to alcoholic products and all orders are strictly restricted to adults under the regulations applicable in the country of access, purchase and delivery.

Access for adult professionals only

The AR.Spirits professional portal is reserved for adult professionals: specialist retailers, bars, hotels, restaurants, wholesalers, distributors, agents, export and bakery-pastry businesses. On entering the portal, visitors confirm that they are adults acting in a professional capacity. The account-opening process is explained on the Professional access page.

Sale to minors prohibited

Under Article L.3342-1 of the French Public Health Code, the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited. Maison AR.Spirits does not sell alcohol to minors.
